Introduction
The Centre of Leadership and Educational Policy was formed after its restructuring in 2018. The restructuring was considered as the faculty’s strategy to remain advanced in response with the transitional challenges in education. At current, the centre is manpowered by 17 members including 2 professors, 13 senior lecturers and 2 young lecturers. Its niche is divided into two strands: Policy and Administration, and Research Sustainability and Human Development. On one hand, the niche of Policy and Administration focuses on the fields of management and education, curriculum development and the governance of higher institutions as well as academic leadership. Meanwhile the niche of Research Sustainability and Human Capital focuses on areas of entrepreneurial education and socioeconomic enhancement, the building of instruments, indexes and program assessment as well as the building of life-long education.

OBJECTIVES
- Disseminating knowledge on leadership education based on niche through education and systematic training, along with strategic collaboration.
- Producing charismatic and skillful educational leaders in impact research and publication at solving various issues in policies, governments, leadership and management
- Transforming individual leadership and organization in various levels at the local and global arena. As well as a reference point in the area of leadership and educational policies.
