Biography:
Tengku Nor Rizan Tengku Mohamad Maasum is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Currently, she is the Head of Industry and Community Partnerships Liaison Office. She holds a Bachelor of Language Studies (English) from Essex University, Master’s of Education from Exeter University, England and her doctoral degree in Education (Curriculum and Pedagogy) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Tengku Nor Rizan’s research interests include second language reading, cooperative learning, workplace and academic literacies, e-literacy as well as multilingualism and multiculturalism.
