Seminar Undang-undang FUU UKM dan Fakultas Hukum UNSOED

“Sharing Knowledge and Promoting Joint Research for Better Cooperation”

 

Latar Belakang

 

Seminar Undang-undang FUU UKM dan Fakultas Hukum UNSOED “Sharing Knowledge and Promoting Joint Research for Better Cooperation” 2019 merupakan program kerjasama strategik antara Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) dan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman ( UNSOED) . Program yang akan dianjurkan antara UKM dan UNSOED juga merupakan kolaborasi pertama yang bertujuan mengembangkan dan berkongsi ilmu-ilmu perundangan dalam subjek-subjek tertentu dalam konteks ASEAN khususnya Indonesia dan Malaysia. Program ini akan diadakan pada 14 hingga 15 November 2019 bertempat di Fakulti Undang-undang,UKM dan akan dihadiri oleh para pensyarah dan para pelajar daripada kedua-dua fakulti.

 

Terdapat tiga program utama yang akan dijalankan sepanjang program ini berlangsung.

 

Pertama, siri syarahan undang-undang yang akan disampaikan oleh pensyarah daripada FUU UKM dan Fakultas Hukum UNSOED. Siri syarahan ini dibahagikan kepada empat slot berdasarkan kepada subjek yang telah dipilih dan dipertimbangkan oleh kedua-dua fakulti.

 

Program kedua ialah perbincangan kolaborasi penyelidikan oleh para pensyarah FUU UKM dan Fakultas Hukum UNSOED dan syarahan umum. Ini bersesuaian dengan tujuan program ini diadakan iaitu membentuk kolaborasi penyelidikan khususnya dalam konteks undang-undang dalam kerangka ASEAN.

 

Program ketiga mensasarkan pelajar siswazah dari kedua-dua fakulti / institusi yang menggabungkan topik perbincangan berkaitan kajian perbandingan dalam konteks undang-undang perdagangan antarabangsa dan undang-undang hak asasi manusia di rantau ASEAN.

Objektif

 

  1. Untuk menyediakan platfom kepada penyelidik dari 2 negara ASEAN (Malaysia dan Indonesia) untuk membincangkan isu-isu semasa berkaitan dengan undang-undang.
  2. Untuk memberi ruang kepada pelajar siswazah dari UKM dan UNSOED untuk membentangkan hasil penyelidikan mereka.

iii.      Untuk membina dan mengukuhkan jaringan di peringkat kebangsaan dan antarabangsa di kalangan penyelidik dan pelajar siswazah dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
