GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

The conference accepts only digital manuscripts. Files must be in .doc or .docx. See style guide below. Full paper should consists of 8 – 10 pages (not more than 6,000 words). Please do not exceed the number of pages/words.

Paper Size must be A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm).

  • Font Face must be Times New Roman.
  • Font Size must be 12 point (except paper Title is 24 pt), and justified.
  • After the title, names of authors and affiliations should be provided.
  • All the authors of a paper should include their full names, affiliations, addresses.
  • An informative 12-point abstract (150 to 250 words) presenting the main points of the paper and conclusions.
  • The paper written in Bahasa Melayu should have an english abstract below the Bahasa Melayu abstract.
  • Papers should include keywords. List up to five words regarding the essential elements of the paper content.
  • Tables and figures should be centered and not exceed the given page margins.
  • Table titles should be on top of the table and all words should be centered, and only the first letters capitalized.
  • Figures titles should be centered and only the first letters capitalized and located at the bottom of the figures.
  • One blank line should be allowed between the paragraphs.
  • References and citations within the text should be prepared in the latest APA format.
  • Do NOT include PAGE NUMBERS
  • Do NOT include FOOTNOTES

Please make sure to cross-check your document for plagiarism using anti-plagiarism software such as Turnitin/ iThenticate before it is submitted to the conference.

GUIDELINES FOR VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

Format for video preparation:

  • Presentation for full paper must be within 15 minutes 
  • Presenters will be given 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • The video should contain all elements in the full paper between 10-15 slides.
  • The video should be published in YOUR OWN youtube channel as UNLISTED and send the link to the Youtube video to our committee via the link provided by 5 May 2025.
** NOTES: ICGE Committee will play the video presentation AND the Presenters must be online and ready for Q&A session at the end of their presentation video.

  • Presentation for poster must be within 15 minutes 
  • Presenters will be given 5 minutes for Q&A.

  • The video should be published in YOUR OWN youtube channel as UNLISTED and send the link to the Youtube video to our committee via the link provided by 5 May 2025.

About Conference Registration

  • Entry is open to researcher, academic staff and students from universities, polytechnics, institutes, colleges and school locally and internationally.
  • All participants must follow the template that are provided via this website for manuscript and slide presentation.
  • For online presentation, video submission must be in English or Malay.
  • All registrations must be done only via provided link HERE.
  • Eligible participants may register more than one entry for the competition. Participants may participate in the competition as both individual participants and as team participants.
  • All participants must provide valid e-mail address (for Letter of Acceptance and e-certificate purposes).
  • All participants must provide valid names and affiliations (for Letter of Acceptance and e-certificate purposes).
  • The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be sent via e-mail address provided upon successful registration. 
  • Participants must provide valid proof of payment to the organiser through the link HERE.
  • The manuscripts/paper must be original, authentic and has not participated in other competitions.
