Advertisement and Sponsorship
We call for sponsors and advertisements to supporting the 2017 International Conference on Space Science & Communication (IconSpace2017) on 3-5 May 2017, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With the financial sponsorship, we can organize the conference more affordable for participants. And, your organization’s support to our University will certainly provide our community an opportunity to get together, share and learn from each other.
Depending on your option, the benefits to you or your company will be:
a. Meeting with more than 100 participants who will be your potential customers.
b. Advertise your company products/profiles in the Programme Book.
c. One free pass for the full conference.
Three sponsorship options are provided for the conference:
i. Option one : Co-organizer
ii. Option two : Sponsorship.
iii. Option three : Advertisement

Benefits as a co-organizer or a sponsor of IconSpace2017 are:
1. Co-Organizer:
Minimum cash contributions of RM15, 000/USD4,000 or Minimum funding for Keynote Speaker including accommodation, transportation, honorarium and flight tickets
• Organization logo will be placed on the Website, Banner, Bunting, and Programme Book.
• One representative of the organization will be appointed as Co-Chairman/International Advisory Panel.
• Acknowledgement by the chairman during welcome reception, opening ceremony and conference banquet.
• Fee waiver for two (2) representatives of the organization to attend the conference.
2. Sponsorship:
1st Category – RM 10,000.00 and above
• All sponsors’ name will be listed in the Programme Book.
• All sponsors will receive one complimentary delegate pass.
• One full page colour advertisement in the Programme Book.
• Publicity in front of the venue.
• One complimentary 3m x 3m exhibition booth.
• Exposure and acknowledgement as sponsor in all marketing activities on the conference website, backdrop, and banner.
2nd Category – RM 7,500.00 and above
• All sponsors’ name will be listed in the Programme Book.
• All sponsors will receive one complimentary delegate pass.
• Publicity in front of the venue.
• One full page black and white advertisement in the Programme Book.
• Exposure and acknowledgement as sponsor in all marketing activities on the conference website, backdrop, and banner.
3rd Category – RM 5,000.00 and above
• All sponsors’ name will be listed in the Programme Book.
• All sponsors will receive one complimentary delegate pass.
• Half-page black and white advertisement in the Programme Book.
• Exposure and acknowledgement as sponsor in all marketing activities on the conference website, backdrop, and banner.
Others (In-kind)
• Sponsorship is not only from monetary contribution, and we also welcome services or goods (for example, speaker travel, student scholarship, coffee break, lunch etc) as part of the sponsor contributions. All in-kind sponsorship will be counted from its value and the benefits are referred to the sponsorship package above.
3. Advertisement:
Update: Please be informed that we will use an app for the conference, therefore programme book will not be printed.
Programme Book is the most referred document throughout the conference. Pages are provided for sponsors to promote and advertise their company. We are pleased to quote a few selected sizes as follows:
