To be published in the IconSpace2019 Conference Proceedings and eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore\u00ae as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full paper registration is valid for one paper only. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, or a publication-ready version of the paper.<\/p>\n
The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference either by the authors themselves or proxy unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Authors of no-show papers wishing to appeal the no-show status of their paper must appeal by email to the IconSpace2019 organising committee (iconspace@ukm.edu.my), no later than 30 days after the start of IconSpace2019 and providing evidence to convincingly demonstrate that their absence was as a result of forces beyond their will and control or that an erroneous decision was made.
