Bangi, 18 June 2025 – The IDEA Centre of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) welcomed a courtesy visit from the delegation of the Research Management Centre (RMC) and Research Nexus UiTM (ReNeU) through the Citra Collaboration Programme between UiTM’s Office of Research and Innovation and the IDEA Centre, UKM.
This visit served as a strategic platform to strengthen collaboration between two of the country’s leading research institutions. The focus was on sharing best practices in research and innovation governance, grant management, commercialisation ecosystems, as well as cross-disciplinary and inter-institutional research.
The session featured high-impact presentations by:

- Professor Dr. Zaidi Che Cob, Deputy Director, ALAF@UKM
- Professor Dr. Sawal Hamid Md Ali, Deputy Director, Inovasi@UKM
