Submission Requirements:

  • Journal Preference: During the submission process, authors must clearly indicate which journal they would like their paper to be considered for.
  • Review Process: Please note that publication in these journals is not guaranteed. All papers are subject to the respective journal’s independent double-blind peer-review process and editorial standards.

Conference Proceedings

All presenters have the option to publish their work in the official conference proceedings. To be eligible:

  1. Authors must first have their extended abstract accepted for presentation.
  2. Following acceptance, authors must submit their full paper by the designated full paper deadline to be included in the proceedings.

Presenting at the Conference

To be accepted to present at the conference, authors must first submit an extended abstract by the specified deadline. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process to ensure they meet the conference’s academic standards. A successful abstract acceptance confirms your slot to present at the conference.

While a full paper is not compulsory if you only wish to present your work at the conference, it is required for participants who want to be considered for best paper awards, selected journal publication, and publication in the proceedings.
