Submission Rule<\/h3>\n

Extended abstracts submitted to the conference for presentation should be an original contribution and must not have been previously presented or published. The conference only accepts manuscripts written in both English dan Bahasa Melayu.<\/p>\n

Authors whose abstract has been accepted for presentation will be asked to send the final, edited version of the extended abstract via the paper submission page. While an abstract is under consideration, be sure to inform the editor of any address change.<\/p>\n

Submission Procedure<\/h3>\n

The conference uses the ConfBay System for abstract submission, abstract review, and other processes until the presentation session arrangement. Click here to proceed to Confbay<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Authors are required to register into the system to be able to submit papers. A summary of the paper submission procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. The author registers for an account at ConfBay System.<\/li>\n
  2. The author logs into ConfBay and registers the role of a presenter.<\/li>\n
  3. The author uploads an extended abstract following the manuscript template<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. The author will receive results via email after the review of the abstract\/paper is completed.<\/li>\n
  5. The author may be asked to make amendments.<\/li>\n
  6. The author uploads a final extended abstract version of the paper after the required amendments are fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Copyright and Confidentiality<\/h3>\n

    It is the author\u2019s responsibility to ensure that the submitted work does not infringe any existing copyright. Authors should obtain permission to reproduce or adapt copyrighted material and provide evidence of approval upon submitting the final version of a manuscript.<\/p>\n

    Refereeing<\/h3>\n

    Abstracts are subject to a double-blind review process and are reviewed by at least one independent reviewer. Decisions regarding the publication of an abstract are based on the recommendations of these reviewers. Reviewers evaluate abstracts based on their appropriateness for the conference, significance of contribution to the discipline, conceptual adequacy, technical adequacy, and clarity of presentation. Abstracts of members of the conference secretariat are subjected to the same review procedures.<\/p>\n
