Proteomics

Proteomic is the study of a complete set of proteins (called proteome) and its goal is to identify and quantify all (or most) expressed proteins in different tissues/condition of any organism. There are many different kinds/functions of proteins, for examples as enzymes in regulatory and biochemical processes, as antibodies in immune systems, as structural components as well as in molecular transportation. Therefore, proteomics will enable us to comprehend the regulation of entire protein populations, their correlation as well as functions in a complex biological network.
