DNA mengekodkan gen yang mempunyai fungsinya sendiri. Penyelidikan mengenai genom membolehkan para penyelidik lebih memahami bagaimana gen berinteraksi antara satu sama lain dan variasi gen yang menyebabkan penyakit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendekatan untuk mempelajari transkriptom, iaitu keseluruhan rangkaian transkrip RNA dalam suatu organisma dikenali sebagai <strong>Transkriptomik<\/strong>. Kajian transkriptom melibatkan semua yang berkaitan dengan RNA termasuk tahap ekspresi, pengaturan gen dan interaksi gen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><strong>Metagenomik<\/strong> ialah kajian tentang struktur dan fungsi keseluruhan jujukan nukleotida daripada semua organisma (biasanya mikrob) dalam sampel pukal. Metagenomik sering digunakan untuk mengkaji komuniti mikroorganisma tertentu, seperti yang terdapat pada kulit manusia, dalam tanah atau dalam sampel air (<em>National Human Genome Research Institute, NIH; https:\/\/www.genome.gov\/genetics-glossary\/Metagenomics<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Next Generation Sequencing<\/em> (NGS)<\/strong> adalah teknologi penjujukan bertruput tinggi yang membolehkan penjujukan DNA dan RNA menggunakan pelbagai teknologi penjujukan moden. Contoh teknologi penjujukan moden ini merangkumi penjujukan Illumina, Ion Torrent dan 454. Teknologi yang lebih murah dan pantas ini membolehkan penyelidik melakukan kajian revolusi mengenai genomik dan transkriptomik.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>CODA Genomik, Transkriptomik &amp; Metagenomik<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> menyediakan analisis data yang bermula dari pemprosesan data mentah, perhimpunan data (rujukan atau <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de novo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), anotasi fungsi, analisis pengekspresan gen (DEG) bagi data transkriptomik, <em>taxonomic profiling &amp; visualization<\/em> dan <em>binning<\/em> untuk data metagenomik serta pelbagai analisis fungsi yang lebih mendalam untuk membantu pengguna memahami biologi makna dari hasil
