Setiap hasil yang diperolehi disokong oleh dua teknik yang sering digunakan, dan terdapat di Makmal Kimia Analisis INBIOSIS iaitu jisim kromatografi gas (GC-MS) dan kromatografi cecair digabungkan dengan&nbsp; jisim penerbangan (ToF) (LC-QtoF-MS).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teknik metabolomik berasaskan jisim spektrometri (MS) adalah kaedah yang paling sensitif untuk menganalisis sebilangan besar sebatian \/ metabolit secara serentak. Walau bagaimanapun, penyelidik sering keliru dan menghadapi masalah untuk menganalisa data metabolomik. Hal ini disebabkan terdapatnya perbezaan dari segi format fail data yang diperolehi daripada instrumen jisim spektrometri yang berbeza (sama ada Bruker, Thermo, Sciex, Agilent, dll), serta terdapat pelbagai jenis pakej perisian serta parameter yang perlu ditetapkan bagi menganalisa data metabolomik. Senarai kompaun yang dilaporkan mestilah di perolehi daripada AutoMS<sup>n<\/sup> yang megandungi fragmentasi.
