Protein memainkan peranan penting sebagai pemangkin bagi tindak balas biokimia, menyokong sistem pertahanan dan imuniti serta pelbagai fungsi lain di dalam sel. Justeru, pengenalpastian identiti dan kuantiti protein melalui analisis proteomik adalah penting bagi memahami fungsi fisiologi dan molekular sesuatu hidupan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alatan nano-kromatografi cecair &#8211; spektrometri jisim berganda (nanoLC-MS\/MS) atau penyerapan \/ pengionan laser dibantu matriks &#8211; spektrometri jisim berganda (MALDI-MS\/MS) sering digunakan untuk menganalisa protein yang telah diekstrak daripada sampel. Namun begitu, penyelidik sering kekeliruan dan menghadapi masalah dalam menganalisa data proteomik. Hal ini disebabkan terdapatnya perbezaan dari segi format fail data yang diperolehi daripada instrumen spektrometri jisim yang berbeza (sama ada Bruker, Thermo, Sciex, Agilent, dll), serta terdapat pelbagai jenis pakej perisian serta parameter yang perlu ditetapkan bagi menganalisa data proteomik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Justeru, <strong>CODA-Proteomik<\/strong> menyediakan perkhidmatan sehenti analisis data proteomik sebagai suatu inisiatif dalam membantu penyelidik memproses data raya yang kompleks dan rumit, terutamanya daripada analisis spektrometri jisim. Pemprosesan data anda akan melalui aliran kerja yang sistematik dan tersusun bagi membolehkan pengenalpastian protein tunggal serta pemprofilan protein berskala besar (proteomik <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shotgun<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Kami turut menyediakan perkhidmatan perkongsian data ke pangkalan data ProteomeXchange bagi memperolehi nombor induk (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accession number<\/span><\/i><span
