About ISM-VII
Institute of Statistics Malaysia (ISMy) is a leading statistical society in Malaysia with a long history of tradition since its establishments in 1984. ISMy has the vision to be a leading organization in promoting the proper practice, propagation and dissemination of statistical knowledge for the benefits of society. ISM International Conference is ISMy flagship event, that usually hosted alternately by both public and private universities Malaysia every two years. The first ISM, ISM-I took place in 2012 at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Subsequent conferences were hosted by Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Universiti Malaya (UM), Sunway University, UTM and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) for the second through sixth series, respectively. In 2025, the seventh conference will be held in Putrajaya, Selangor, organized by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), under the theme, “Human-centred AI Driven by Statistics.”
Welcome to the 7th ISM International Statistical Conference 2025 (ISM7)
Thus, it is with great pleasure for the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, to present 7th ISM International Statistical Conference 2025, to further bridge as well as nurture the understanding and collaboration amongst the regional and global mathematical scientists and practitioners.
We welcome academicians, researchers, professionals, students and interested parties to submit qualified and state-of-art research papers in all aspects of statistics and mathematical sciences from basic science to practical applications.
All papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in Indexed Journals/Proceedings, subject to review and suitability with the scope of the journals/proceedings.
