The primary aim of the journal is to publish research undertaken by scholars and researchers in the field of Malay studies, including science and technology, language and linguistics, traditional and modern literature, history, human habitat and environment, culture and philosophy in the Malay world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANUSCRIPTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manuscripts, in Malay and English, submitted to the journal for publication must be original contributions, and have not been previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. They should be typed double-space with wide margins to allow for editorial comments. The first page of the manuscript should contain the title, the author\u2019s name, postal address with postcode and e-mail address. While the manuscript is being processed for publication, be sure to inform the editor of any change in address. The paper passed the plagiarism test with a passing score of &lt;20. If absolutely necessary, they should be kept to an absolute minimum and placed as end-notes which must be numbered consecutively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REFERENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>References should be listed in the end of the article in alphabetical order. Several references by the same author(s) must be in chronological order. A journal reference should comprise name(s), initial(s), year of publication, full title of article, title of the journal in italic, the volume number, issue number, the first and last page of the article, in the following order:<br \/>\nWinzeler, R.L. 1983. Each appendix must be given a title. They are referred to in the text by their labels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REFEREEING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All manuscripts will be reviewed by the Editorial Board and at least one independent reviewer.
