Submitting an article indicates that the work has not been previously published and is not under review for publication elsewhere. All authors and relevant authorities where the research was conducted must approve its publication. Once accepted, the article will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in any language, without the publisher\u2019s written consent. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright, facilitated by a provided form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
