background_color_gradient_overlays_image=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Al-Sunnah yang merupakan sumber kedua selepas al-Quran adalah kalam Allah yang diungkap oleh Rasulullah SAW sama ada dalam bentuk percakapan, perbuatan dan pengakuan. Mempunyai peranan yang cukup besar dalam aspek penetapan hukum sama ada menyetujui hukum sedia ada, memperincikan sesuatu hukum atau menetapkan hukum syarak untuk dilaksanakan oleh manusia. Kedudukan kehidupan manusia pula adalah berbeza mengikut zaman, tempat, realiti dan keadaan masing-masing. Kegagalan memahami sesuatu perintah Allah yang mengambilkira keadaan kehidupan masyarakat manusia merupakan sesuatu yang menyalahi objektif syarak itu sendiri. Hal ini akan melahirkan situasi hukum syarak yang disandarkan dengan dalil berada pada satu tempat, manusia yang merupakan pelaksana hukum tersebut berada pada tempat yang lain. Berdasarkan kes-kes daripada al-Sunnah, satu analisis awal dilakukan bagi meneliti pengambilkiraan realiti kehidupan manusia yang berbeza dalam memahami teks hadith Rasulullah SAW. Berdasarkan analisis, wujud perkaitan yang signifikan antara al-Sunnah dengan realiti sosial kehidupan manusia melibatkan aspek sosiospiritual, sosioekonomi dan sosioteknologi. Have a significant role in the determination of hukm whether approving the existing hukm, detailing a hukm or setting a new hukm to be implemented by humans. The position of human life is also varies depending on their time, place, reality and circumstances. Failure to understand God&#8217;s commandments which is included circumstances that underlie human social life is something that is against the objectives of the hukm itself. This would produce a situation that the hukm placed in one place, people who are implement the hukm is at a different place. Based on the cases of al-Sunnah, a preliminary analysis conducted to examine the connection of the different realities of human life in understanding the text of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Based on that analysis, a significant connection existed between al-Sunnah with the social reality of human life involves socio-spiritual, socio-economic and socio-technology.
