This raises the problem of conflict between the universal principles established by Islamic Sharia regarding the rights of the two elements of humanity, men and women, and the Rules justified by this text. The study shows that the reasoning by this Prophetic Hadeeth in all women\u2019s issues is not correct for many considerations, the most important of which is its conflict with the principle of equality of men and women in the sources of rights and duties, as well as this Method of reasoning is lacking the most important conditions of Analogy, which is that the underlying cause should be consistent and Continual in all cases. It is true in some rulings, but it is not consistent in many other rulings.
