_builder_version=&#8221;4.24.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; body_text_align=&#8221;justify&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Tanah wakaf mempunyai potensi besar sebagai pemangkin pembangunan sosioekonomi umat Islam, namun potensi ini hanya dapat dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya melalui pengurusan yang berkesan serta kerangka perundangan yang jelas. Mutakhir ini, ketidakjelasan status tanah wakaf semakin ketara dan menimbulkan pelbagai isu dalam aspek pengurusan, perlindungan serta pembangunan harta wakaf. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis keperluan semakan status tanah wakaf. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis kandungan dengan data diperoleh daripada sumber primer dan sekunder, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan analisis tematik. Dapatan kajian literatur menunjukkan bahawa walaupun kajian berkaitan tanah wakaf telah banyak dijalankan, perbincangan khusus mengenai keperluan dan mekanisme semakan status tanah wakaf masih terhad. Kebanyakan kajian terdahulu lebih menumpukan kepada aspek pendaftaran dan tadbir urus wakaf secara umum, tanpa meneliti secara mendalam semakan status tanah wakaf sebagai mekanisme penting dalam mencegah pertikaian dan memperkukuh tadbir urus. Recently, the unclear status of waqf land has become more obvious and has caused various issues in terms of management, protection, and development of waqf property. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the need to review the status of waqf land. This study adopts a qualitative approach using content analysis, with data collected from primary and secondary sources and analysed descriptively through thematic analysis. The findings from the literature review show that although many studies on waqf land have been conducted, discussions that specifically focus on the need and mechanism for reviewing waqf land status are still limited. Most previous studies focus more on registration and general waqf governance, without deeply examining status review as an important mechanism to prevent disputes and strengthen governance.
