Walaupun perbahasan mengenai buli siber telah dibincangkan secara meluas dalam konteks undang-undang dan sosial, perbincangan dari perspektif Islam khususnya berasaskan kerangka maqasid syariah masih terhad. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep buli siber menurut perspektif Islam dengan menilai reaksi masyarakat digital berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip maqasid syariah. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen dan kaedah netnografi dengan meneliti komen-komen netizen terhadap satu siaran berkaitan kes buli siber di platform TikTok, yang dianalisis secara tematik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa reaksi masyarakat digital dikategorikan kepada beberapa tema utama seperti sokongan dan empati, kecaman terhadap mangsa, spekulasi negatif, pengalaman peribadi serta cadangan pencegahan. Analisis mendapati bahawa sebahagian reaksi tersebut mencerminkan pemeliharaan prinsip hifz al-nafs, hifz al-\u2018ird dan hifz al-\u2018aql, manakala sebahagian yang lain jelas melanggar prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Kajian ini menegaskan kepentingan kefahaman maqasid syariah dalam membimbing etika komunikasi masyarakat di ruangan digital.<\/p>\n<p>Kata Kunci<br \/>Buli Siber, Maqasid Syariah, Netnografi, Netizen, Etika Komunikasi <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;Abstract&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; body_text_align=&#8221;justify&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Cyberbullying has become an increasingly alarming social issue in line with the rapid development of communication technology and the widespread use of social media. Although cyberbullying has been widely discussed within legal and social contexts, academic discourse from an Islamic perspective, particularly one grounded in the framework of maqasid al-shariah, remains limited. This study therefore aims to analyse the concept and impacts of cyberbullying from an Islamic perspective by examining digital public reactions based on the principles of maqasid al-shariah. The study adopts a qualitative approach through document analysis and a netnographic method by examining netizens\u2019 comments on a TikTok post related to a cyberbullying case, which were analysed thematically. The findings indicate that digital public reactions can be categorised into several key themes, including support and empathy, victim-blaming, negative speculation, the sharing of personal experiences, and preventive suggestions. Further analysis shows that some reactions reflect the preservation of the principles of hifz al-nafs, hifz al-\u2018ird, and hifz al-\u2018aql, while others clearly violate these principles.
