SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT<\/strong><\/p>\n The editorial committee accepts two types of manuscript, which are, research articles and book reviews.<\/p>\n Any manuscripts and correspondence should be submitted to e-Journal UKM (Journal of Contemporary Islamic Law).<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Manuscripts may be written and prepared in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Arabic, the length of which is between 5,000-6,000 words, including texts, tables, footnotes, and references. Manuscripts that exceed 6,000 words may be considered for acceptance if found to be reasonable to do so.<\/p>\n The author must only submit manuscripts that have never been received, reviewed or published by any previous publication.<\/p>\n All manuscripts must be sent in *.docx \/ *.doc format only (Template_English)<\/a><\/p>\n Each manuscript will be assessed by way of a double-blind review, whereby the author and the two reviewers will not be made aware of one another.<\/p>\n FORMAT<\/strong><\/p>\n Title Page: <\/strong>All manuscripts must contain the following:<\/p>\n Abstract: <\/strong>Each research article must prepare an abstract of not more than 300 words. The abstract must be written on a specified page. Manuscripts in Bahasa Malaysia and Arabic must prepare an abstract in English with the same content as in the original language.<\/p>\n Keywords: <\/strong>Provide 5 keywords under the abstract. The keywords must be specifically related to the research article. Repetition of the same words in the manuscript\u2019s title should be avoided.<\/p>\n Graphs \/ Tables \/ Diagrams: <\/strong>In the event that the article is accepted, all graphs, tables and diagrams must be prepared in the form of images with 300 dpi resolution. If the material is obtained from another source, that source or third party must give permission beforehand to use the material so as to prevent copyright violation.<\/p>\n References: <\/strong>With regards to reference to other texts and final references, all research articles must adhere to the American Psychological Association (APA)<\/a> style and (Author Date) format. Footnotes will not be accepted.<\/p>\n Book Review: <\/strong>Book review articles must be written in the language of the book being reviewed.<\/p>\n ANTI-PLAGIARISM POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n This journal practices strict measures to prevent any copyright violation activities such as plagiarism. All articles accepted for publishing will be subjected to testing for originality using Turnitin software. If any instance of plagiarism is detected, the author will be requested to make the necessary changes and revision thereof.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=”PANDUAN PENULIS” _builder_version=”4.24.3″ body_font=”||||” body_line_height=”2em” tab_font=”||||” tab_line_height=”2em” body_line_height_tablet=”2em” body_line_height_phone=”2em” tab_line_height_tablet=”2em” tab_line_height_phone=”2em” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n PENGHANTARAN MANUSKRIP<\/strong><\/p>\n Pihak editorial menerima dua bentuk manuskrip iaitu artikel penyelidikan dan juga ulasan buku.<\/p>\n Penghantaran manuskrip dan koresponden perlu dihantar kepada e-Journal UKM (Journal of Contemporary Islamic Law).<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \\Manuskrip boleh disediakan dalam Bahasa Malaysia, English dan Arab dan kepanjangannya antara 5,000 – 6,000 patah perkataan, meliputi teks, jadual, nota hujung, dan rujukan. Manuskrip yang melebihi 6,000 boleh diterima berasaskan alasan yang munasabah.<\/span><\/p>\n Penulis perlu menghantar manuskrip yang belum pernah dihantar atau dinilai atau diterbitkan dalam mana-mana penerbitan sebelum ini.<\/p>\n Semua manuskrip mesti dihantar dalam format *.docx \/ *.doc sahaja (Template_BM)<\/a><\/p>\n Setiap manuskrip akan dinilai secara double-blind review<\/em> iaitu penulis dan dua orang penilai tidak mengetahui antara satu sama lain.<\/p>\n FORMAT<\/strong><\/p>\n Halaman Tajuk:<\/strong> Semua manuskrip mesti menyediakan:<\/p>\n Abstrak:<\/strong> Setiap artikel penyelidikan perlu menyediakan abstrak tidak melebihi 300 patah perkataan. Abstrak mestilah ditulis di halaman yang khusus. Manuskrip bahasa Melayu dan Arab, perlu menyediakan abstrak dalam bahasa Inggeris dengan kandungan yang sama.<\/p>\n Kata kunci:<\/strong> Berikan 5 kata kunci di bawah abstrak. Kata kunci mestilah berkaitan secara khusus dengan artikel penyelidikan. Elakkan pengulangan perkataan yang sama dalam tajuk.<\/p>\n Rajah \/ Jadual \/ Diagram:<\/strong> Jika artikel penyelidikan diterima, semua rajah, jadual dan diagram perlu disediakan dalam bentuk imej berresolusi 300 dpi. Jika bahan tersebut diambil daripada pihak lain, kebenaran pihak ketiga perlu diperolehi terlebih dahulu bagi mengelakkan pelanggaran hak cipta.<\/p>\n Rujukan:<\/strong> Bagi rujukan dalam teks dan rujukan akhir, semua artikel penyelidikan mestilah mengikut format (Pengarang Tarikh) Gaya (American Psychological Association) APA<\/a>. Nota kaki tidak diterima.<\/p>\n Ulasan Buku:<\/strong> Artikel ulasan buku perlu mengikut bahasa asal buku yang diulas.<\/p>\n POLISI ANTI-PLAGIARISM <\/strong><\/p>\n Jurnal ini mengamalkan dasar yang tegas untuk menghalang sebarang aktiviti pelanggaran hakcipta seperti plagiarisme. Semua artikel yang diterima untuk penerbitan akan dipastikan keasliannya menggunakan perisian Turnitin.
