To support editorial management, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, and online publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only to manuscripts accepted for publication. This journal does not provide full or partial waivers, discounts, or exemptions from the APC.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Publication Fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Author(s) will be asked to pay <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"436\">RM400<\/strong> (local) and <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"436\">USD 100<\/strong> (international) per accepted manuscript.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Payment Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"507\">No submission fee<\/strong> is charged. Authors may submit manuscripts free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>The APC is payable <strong data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"712\">only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Payment instructions will be provided in the acceptance letter.<\/li>\n<li>The APC is <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"811\">non-refundable<\/strong> once payment has been made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What the APC Covers<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"896\">The publication fee supports:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1177\">\n<li data-section-id=\"czhxwo\" data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"947\">Editorial processing and manuscript management.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bz9dol\" data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"990\">Double-blind peer review administration.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"117dnky\" data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1022\">Copyediting and proofreading.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pnoytc\" data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1060\">Typesetting and layout preparation.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nea1h\" data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1080\">DOI registration.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12703ey\" data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1134\">Online publication and long-term digital archiving.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ja6hm2\" data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1177\">Website hosting and journal maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Journal of Contemporary Islamic Law (JCIL) is committed to providing a high-quality, rigorous, and timely publication process.
