  • Presenters are required to submit their presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point format (.ppt or .pptx) using landscape orientation with 16:9 screen ratio.
  • Presentations may be delivered in either English or Malay.
  • All presenters are required to present onsite during the symposium.

2. e-Poster Presentation

  • Presenters are required to prepare their e-Posters in PDF format (single slide), using landscape orientation with 16:9 screen ratio
  • The e-Poster may include printed materials, tables, graphs, photographs, or illustrations. All elements must be designed to be clearly legible on screen and easily understood.

  • The individual submitting the abstract must also serve as the onsite presenter during the symposium.

  • Abstracts must not contain graphics, tables, or references.

  • Abbreviations should be used sparingly to ensure clarity and ease of understanding.

Submitters must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Accuracy and Finality
Submitters accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract. Amendments will not be permitted after submission. The abstract will be published exactly as submitted.

  • Co-Author Consent
All co-authors must be aware of and give consent to the content and data of the abstract prior to submission. The submitter assumes responsibility as the primary contact person for all communications and must keep co-authors informed of the abstract’s status.

  • Publication Consent
Submission of an abstract implies consent for publication in all symposium materials, including the website. Submitters must ensure that any necessary copyright or permissions clearances are secured for previously presented material, equipment, or other content.

  • Regulatory and Ethical Compliance
Submitters must obtain any necessary approvals from relevant regulatory authorities and secure consent where appropriate.

  • Originality and Intellectual Property
Submitters are responsible for ensuring that the abstract is original and does not infringe on any copyright, proprietary, or personal rights of any party.

  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Any potential conflicts of interest (e.g., financial interests in products or processes described, stock ownership, board memberships) must be disclosed and managed by the submitter.

  • Agreement to Terms and Conditions
Submission of the online Registration and Abstract Submission form signifies the submitter’s agreement to all terms and conditions related to symposium registration and abstract submission as outlined on the website.

It is a condition for abstract acceptance that the submitter must register and attend the congress in person (physical attendance).

Abstracts submitted prior to registration payment may receive a provisional offer of acceptance; however, final acceptance is dependent upon full registration payment by 31st August 2025.
