  1. Assist in coordinating Clinical Skills Learning (CSL) curriculum activities in year 1 and year 2. Using the Clinical Skills Laboratory<\/li>
  2. Coordinate the distribution of letters to appointed facilitators & instructors and prepare files and all relevant information\/notes\/books.<\/li>
  3. Prepare a schedule of facilitators\/instructors for each session after the workshop.<\/li>
  4. Prepare standard patients for student learning sessions.<\/li>
  5. Assist in the implementation of clinical skills learning sessions.<\/li>
  6. Monitor \/ remind the attendance of facilitators and students at each session according to the schedule that has been set for each CSL learning session.<\/li>
  7. Provide patients from medical, pediatric, obstetric & gynecology wards for medical students according to the schedule that has been completed. Students will be given patients for history taking.<\/li>
  8. Remind\/collect all students’ CSL marks from the facilitator to be sent to the coordinator of the clinical science module before the examination.<\/li>
  9. Supervise \/ assist in the smooth running of the end -of -semester examination in the scheduling \/ information related to the placement of standard patients for the examination of medical students and collect the examiner’s feedback on the standard patients at the end of the examination session for analysis.<\/li>
  10. Supervise \/ monitor cleanliness and cheerfulness in the 10th floor examination ward and, standard patient unit and supervise RHEA staff to perform cleaning in the ward.<\/li>
  11. Ensure that the \u2018clinical waste\u2019 comes to the ward to take all the \u2018sharp bins\u2019 and rubbish in the yellow bin and collected when the learning \/ examination training session is over.<\/li>
  12. Make linen reservations for use during teaching sessions.<\/li>
  13. Smooth communication between the Clinical Science Unit, Standard Patient Unit, JPP, and the Academic Office & PPUKM in the implementation of effective clinical teaching and examination<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
