  1. Plan, manage all needs, activities, activities and administration related to various workshops, seminars, trainings and examinations.<\/li>
  2. To plan and monitor material services for meetings, seminars, workshops and learning sessions.<\/li>
  3. Coordinate and manage various student camps, seminars, workshops and conferences.<\/li>
  4. Plan the department’s budget and finances and plan the expenses of each workshop, course, seminar and training from time to time.<\/li>
  5. To plan and assist tasks in the Department of Medical Education in updating staff services and administration.<\/li>
  6. Plan the application of the 5S Program in the Department of Medical Education and monitoring from time to time.<\/li>
  7. Manage the department’s financial needs such as purchasing goods, ordering consumables, purchasing goods, ordering food and space.<\/li>
  8. Staff are involved in managing document printing, letter delivery and letter collection and related activities.<\/li>
  9. Manage the storage of departmental files, records and documents from time to time.<\/li>
