About the Journal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Journal of Quality Measurement and Analysis (JQMA)<\/strong> aims to select and publish, through double-blind peer-review, the highest quality research articles in theoretical and applied research in decision sciences through the integration of mathematical sciences with quality, productivity, and performance measurement methodologies. We are committed to publishing research articles that introduce innovative mathematical models, tools, and methodologies to improve decision-making processes, optimize productivity, and enhance overall performance outcomes. Priority is given to articles that satisfy the journal’s main scope<\/a>, and have an impact on the research areas of interest in Malaysia and worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journal publishes manuscripts written in English or Malay. Manuscripts submitted to the journal should be original contributions, and must not have been previously published, or be under consideration simultaneously by any other publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, the author or research funder is required to pay a fee of MYR 500<\/strong>\/USD 120<\/strong> to cover the publication-related costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The JQMA is an online-only journal and its print ISSN (1823-5670) is ceased since 2018. The journal is owned and published by the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Publication Fee Policy and Annual Issue Frequency Update<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To maintain and enhance our journal’s quality and reach, we are implementing two important updates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Publication Fee<\/strong>: Beginning on January 1, 2025, all accepted manuscripts will incur a publication fee of MYR 500\/USD 120<\/strong>. This fee supports the publication-related costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Increased Issue Frequency<\/strong>: Starting in 2025, our journal will increase its publication frequency to 4 issues<\/strong> per year. This change aims to accommodate more high-quality research and address growing submission volume.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    New Paper Submission System for JQMA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    We are pleased to inform all authors, reviewers, and readers that the Journal of Quantitative Methods and Analysis (JQMA)<\/em> has officially launched a new online submission and review system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All new manuscript submissions must now be made through the JQMA Online Submission Portal<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This upgraded system provides a more streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly experience for authors and reviewers. We encourage all contributors to create or update their accounts and familiarize themselves with the new workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Indexing and Abstracting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    JQMA is now indexed in Web of Science<\/strong> (WoS<\/strong>). Articles published after 2022, beginning with 18(1), will be included in the Emerging Sources Citation Index<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
