The Young Ecologist Programme 2025

Ekorelawan UKM collaborated as programme partners and facilitators alongside UMK Volunteers in The Young Ecologist Programme 2025, organised by Putrajaya Corporation (PPj).

The programme engaged 100 primary school students and 40 secondary school students through hands-on modules on insects, water quality, bioindicators, and mini wetlands. These activities provided participants with practical exposure to the dynamics of Putrajaya’s lake and wetland ecosystems.

UKM extends its appreciation to PPj for the continued collaboration, which has strengthened environmental education and youth engagement in sustainability efforts.
