Graduates may collect their scrolls and transcripts when returning the academic robe. The details for the collection of graduates’ scrolls and transcripts are as follows:
- All graduates EXCEPT Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) graduates from Faculty of Education (FPEND).
- For Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) graduates from Faculty of Education (FPEND).

Graduates are allowed to collect their degree scrolls through a representative. Download the Borang Surat Kuasa Mengambil Skrol / Surat Mohon Pos Skrol, complete the required information, and upload it to the UKM Convocation System. The same form is also used if the graduate wishes to obtain the degree scroll via postal delivery. |
