      4.<\/td>\nGraduates are allowed to collect their degree scrolls through a representative. Download the Borang Surat Kuasa Mengambil Skrol \/ Surat Mohon Pos Skrol<\/a>, complete the required information, and upload it to the UKM Convocation System.
