Graduates can book the 53rd<\/sup> UKM Convocation Ceremony on-stage photo through the UKM Convocation System<\/a> starting from 5th<\/sup> November 2025 until 5th<\/sup> December 2025<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Guidelines Before Making a Booking<\/strong>
    Payment for the 53rd UKM Convocation Ceremony on-stage photo packages can only be made through the UKM Convocation System.

    Please ensure that all information is completed accurately, including your mobile phone number, email address (please provide an active personal email<\/strong>), mailing address, and photo delivery address (if you choose postal delivery), before clicking the BOOK & PAY<\/strong> button. If you are still unable to click the BOOK & PAY<\/strong> button, please clear your browser\u2019s cache and cookies<\/strong> in Google Chrome<\/strong> or Mozilla Firefox<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Booking Modification<\/strong>
    Graduates are NOT ALLOWED<\/strong> to change their selected photo package after payment has been made. However, if graduates still wish to change the method of photo collection after payment, the delivery fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Method and Location of Photo Collection<\/strong>
    Graduates may collect their photo orders by hand<\/strong> from 23 November 2025 to 7 December 2025<\/strong> at the following locations:

    *Graduates are informed that the collection of on-stage photo orders can be made on the following day after their respective convocation session, as detailed below.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Morning Session – Available throughout operating hours.<\/li>\n
    2. Afternoon Session – Available from 12:30 p.m. onwards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      Graduates are required to bring along the online payment slip<\/strong> and queue number confirmation card<\/strong> during the photo collection.

      *The Queue Number Confirmation Card will be distributed during the convocation. Graduates must bring the online payment slip and the card when collecting their photos.<\/li>\n
    3. Postal Delivery<\/strong>
      All photo packages delivered by post will be delivered with BOX<\/strong> packaging and INSURANCE<\/strong> coverage on or before 31st<\/sup> December 2025<\/strong>.

      Graduates will receive a soft copy of their photos via email no later than 31 st<\/sup> December 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

      This guide outlines the procedure for receiving the scroll on stage and the official photo session to ensure graduates are positioned correctly when their photos are taken by the official photographer.
