NPMC Pathology Training the Trainer (TtT) Workshop 2025
The NPMC Pathology Training the Trainer (TtT) Workshop 2025 aims to provide exposure to standards, knowledge, and reinforcement of effective teaching techniques and student management. Effective techniques are essential to promote a conducive learning environment, address potential student challenges, and help students graduate on time. The curriculum for this workshop is based on the standard curriculum from the National Postgraduate Medical Curriculum (NPMC).
Objective:
- Provide knowledge and exposure to trainers regarding standards and quality teaching skills for Pathology Specialist trainees.
- Enhance trainers’ skills in delivering standardized and effective teaching techniques to Pathology Specialist students.
- Improve trainers’ abilities in effective student management during learning activities as well as in handling student-related issues.
