principles, model, and key techniques of Schema Therapy, an integrative therapeutic approach developed by Jeffrey Young. This therapy has been found to be highly effective in treating personality disorders, chronic emotional difficulties, and persistent behavioural patterns that are often difficult to address through traditional therapeutic approaches.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This workshop is targeted at mental health professionals such as psychologists, counsellors, psychiatrists, as well as students in related fields who are interested in expanding their clinical skills through the integration of Schema Therapy into their existing practice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout the workshop, participants will be introduced to key concepts including early maladaptive schemas, schema modes, and coping styles, as well as therapeutic strategies such as limited reparenting, imagery rescripting, and cognitive restructuring.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop will be conducted in an interactive format that combines theoretical lectures, live demonstrations, case discussions, and practical exercises. This approach aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding as well as initial exposure to the application of Schema Therapy in clinical Throughout the workshop, participants will be introduced to key concepts including early maladaptive schemas, schema modes, and coping styles, as well as therapeutic strategies such as limited reparenting, imagery rescripting, and cognitive restructuring. The workshop will be conducted in an interactive format that combines theoretical lectures, live demonstrations, case discussions, and practical exercises. This approach aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding as well as initial exposure to the application of Schema Therapy in clinical practice.
