The Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medicine Graduation Dinner was held on 21 June 2025 at Bangi Resort Hotel. This event not only celebrated the accomplishments of the final-year students but also gathered lecturers, administrative staff, students from various cohorts, and alumni in a convivial and harmonious setting.
The attendance of alumni from diverse professional backgrounds, including Assistant Medical Officers, experienced Paramedics, and researchers in the field of emergency health, served as a source of inspiration and encouragement to current students. This bilateral interaction provided valuable opportunities for sharing experiences, career guidance, and moral support, which were highly beneficial to both graduates and the emerging leaders of the program.
With the proactive engagement of alumni, the dinner transcended a mere recognition ceremony. It functioned as a cross-generational forum that fostered the values of camaraderie, strengthened professional networks, and upheld the strong identity of the UKM Emergency Medical Science community.
In summary, the event successfully fulfilled its primary objectives of celebrating success, reinforcing solidarity, and creating enduring memories. It is hoped that this occasion will continue as an annual tradition, uniting the program’s members under a shared spirit of resilience, unity, and preparedness in emergency medical services.
