Dr. Veysel Binbay is a Director of Technology & Innovation, Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU). He is a distinguished electronics engineer from Turkey with over 25 years of expertise in broadcast engineering. His career started at the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), advancing from an Electronics Engineer to Chief Engineer and IT Director, where he led significant technical operations and managed teams.

Dr. Xue Dou is an Associate Professor in the Department of Comprehensive Psychology at Ritsumeikan University, Japan. Her research expertise spans media psychology, digital communication, misinformation, and media effects. She is particularly interested in the psychological mechanisms that shape people’s responses to media messages, misinformation, and persuasive communication.
