Pembinaan jenama peribadi muncul sebagai keperluan profesional, namun mesti dipandu oleh etika kewartawanan agar tidak terjerumus menjadi kandungan berorientasikan pengaruh semata-mata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wacana ini turut menghimpunkan Tan Sri Johan Jaaffar, Tokoh Wartawan Negara, bersama wartawan kanan daripada pelbagai organisasi media nasional, ahli akademik, wakil Suruhanjaya Sekuriti Malaysia, Malaysian Press Institute serta pemain institusi lain dalam ekosistem media dan dasar tanah air. Dalam ucapannya, Tan Sri Johan menegaskan bahawa perubahan tingkah laku masyarakat yang tidak lagi membaca, menonton atau mempercayai laporan media merupakan satu isyarat kecemasan yang menuntut kebangkitan segera dunia kewartawanan.
