INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A HEALTH SCREENING FOLLOW-UP FOR THE MALAYSIAN COHORT PROJECT<\/p>\n

First of all, we would like to thank your participation in The Malaysian Cohort (TMC) Project in 2006-2012. The TMC project is a national-level research project that is important for the discovery of the early markers and the risks of major diseases among Malaysian citizens. With regard to the aforementioned objectives, we would like to invite you again to participate in a health screening follow-up. You can contact us at 1 800 88 2007 or 03-91710415 to make an appointment. The information about the health screening is provided in the attachment. This health screening follow-up is FREE (the market value of this health screening is around RM 300-400). We are looking forward to your continuous cooperation in this project. Thank you.<\/p>\n
