The journal advances research and applications in <strong>fuel cells, hydrogen technologies, electrochemical energy systems, and energy-related process\/chemical engineering<\/strong>, in line with SELFUEL\u2019s national mission to develop indigenous fuel-cell &amp; hydrogen technologies and human capital for sustainable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyJEA welcomes <strong>Original Articles, Reviews, and Short Communications<\/strong> in (but not limited to) the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fuel cells:<\/strong> PEM\/AEM\/SOFC, MEA\/materials, durability &amp; diagnostics, systems\/BoP, controls and integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hydrogen technologies:<\/strong> production\/electrolysis, storage, carriers, safety &amp; standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electrocatalysis &amp; interfaces:<\/strong> PGM-free catalysts, reaction kinetics, membranes\/ionomers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electrolysis &amp; Power-to-X:<\/strong> green chemicals, ammonia, CO\u2082 utilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Energy systems engineering:<\/strong> hybridization with batteries\/supercaps, power management, digital twins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chemical &amp; process engineering for energy:<\/strong> reactor design, scale-up, separation, safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Environmental electrochemistry:<\/strong> water\u2013energy nexus, monitoring &amp; control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Techno-economics, life-cycle &amp; policy<\/strong> relevant to clean energy transitions.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Primary SDG:<\/strong> <em>SDG 7 \u2013 Affordable and Clean Energy<\/em>: MyJEA prioritizes work that advances reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy access\u2014particularly through fuel cells, hydrogen, and electrochemical energy technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MyJEA is a Diamond (Platinum) Open Access journal<\/strong>, operating under the Gold Open Access model.
