Rosmah is the patron of the Permata programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Closing the International Conference On Gifted and Talented Education (IC-GATE) here today, Prof Imran <em>noted that gifted or highly able individuals are those who demonstrate outstanding levels of aptitude and competence in one or more domains.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The domains include any structured area of activity with its own symbol system such as mathematics, music, language and or painting, dance, sports.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference is the first of its kind in Malaysia.
