Dr Othman A Karim signed for UKM while Jaring Communications was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Dr Mohamed bin Awang Lah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nProf Dr Othman hoped UKM researchers will be able to move forward\u00a0 in\u00a0 research exploration and feel free to innovate new products with the enhanced processing ability provided by CHPC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u201cI\u2019m confident the combination of infrastructure and CHPC technology servers with the expertise and applications built by UKM will help fulfil the government\u2019s vision of enhancing wealth and national values in becoming a developed nation,\u201d said Prof Othman who represented the Vice Chancellor, Tan Sri Dato Dr Sharifah Hapsah Syed Hasan Shahabudin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nCloud Computing, is an important phase in the internet evolution that enabled sources of computing to be provided as a utility service to consumers at any time and place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUKM will benefit from the facilities and save the cost of buying\u00a0licences, softwares and processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe researchers involved can also make use of the High Performance Computing in their research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ukm.my\/news\/images\/stories\/Campus_News_Picture\/MoU%20UKM%20-%20Felda2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ukm.my\/news\/images\/stories\/Campus_News_Picture\/MoU%20UKM%20-%20Felda4.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Researchers like Prof Dr Mohd Alauddin Mohd Ali from the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment is heading a project on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) GRID \u2013 Integrated Circuit Design For Green Motion Congtroller; \u00a0Prof. Ir.
