He hoped that the ICRC would consider the offer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said this when opening the seventh Southeast and East Asian Training Session on International Humanitarian Law jointly organised by UKM\u2019s Law Faculty and the ICRC, here this evening.
