They will have to come up with fresh ideas and innovative solutions. Apart from being a win-win situation for the students and the host companies, the programme is to:<\/p>\n<p>-Equip students with the necessary skills and competencies needed in contemporary business workplace.<\/p>\n<p>-Provide practical experiential learning at work to familiarise and handle real workplace issues.<\/p>\n<p>-Enhance the students\u2019\u00a0 marketability and employability upon successful completion of the experiential learning and exposure.<\/p>\n<p>-Strengthen University-industry relationship in research, teaching, training and consulting.<\/p>\n<p>Those selected are expected to meet their Key Performance Index set by their host. Cash prizes will be awarded to deserving candidates.<\/p>\n<p>UKM Tech said the programme is part of UKM\u2019s efforts to nurture the spirit of entrepreneurship in future leaders and in line with national aspiration towards achieving high income economy by nurturing and developing new calibre of human capital with the leadership qualities and skill needed in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Those interested in participating can obtain further information by contacting the Assistant Manager of UKM Technology Sdn.
