UKM International Summer Programme

UKM International Summer Programme is specially designed by the International Relations Centre (UKM Global), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) collaborated with partners at the faculties and research institute at UKM. The proposed programs are of short-term classes and cultural emersion of the university from one-week to one-month with a basic certificate or transfer credit. The participants will experience classes at the main campus as well as our living lab throughout the country, based on their selected programme. Their learning will be enhanced by our passionate and experienced lecturers and facilitators in their respective subjects. Besides, participants will find friendship among our selected buddies while emerge in the local language (Malay, Malaysian slang), diversity of culture and encounter wild animals in nature-friendly campus surroundings.

Overview	This program is an introduction to leadership and multiculturalism pertinent in the region. It focuses on creating new leaders to undertake the challenge in the era of globalisation.

Participants explore traditional lifestyles through direct engagement with the Orang Asli in Peninsular Malaysia.
