Dr. Noshin Fatima is Research Fellow at the Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). In 2019 she joined SERI as a postdoctoral fellow. She completed the Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics titled as “Organic Dye-Based Opto-Electronic Devices and Sensors” from the Capital University of Pakistan, in 2018, and joined academia where she worked at different positions including Project Research Associate; Junior Researcher and Lecturer. Dr. Fatima's research interests are perovskite and DSSC solar cells, thermoelectric generators, diodes, electrochemical cells, transistors, sensors, robotics, lithium-ion batteries, and multifunctional flexible devices. She has work experience of 7 years in numerous research projects funded by the HEC and Pakistan Science Foundation, Pakistan. Dr. Noshin was awarded Ph.D. Merit-based Scholarship (2015-2018) and Pakistan Engineering Council (2013-2014) for MS in Electronics Engineering. She also worked for Women Empowerment and was awarded by IEEE with honor Shield (2018).
