Step 1: Submit Your Abstract

Prepare your abstract according to the following template:

Submit your abstract in MS Word format only via the form below:
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. Please ensure that you have received this receipt in your registered email inbox.
Step 2: Notification of Acceptance
Notification Date: From 1 November 2025 onwards
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. You will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract via email within three (3) weeks after submission.
Step 3: Conference Registration
Deadline: 29 April 2026
Complete your registration by filling in the online registration form here:
Please attach proof of payment when submitting your registration form.
Step 4: Full Paper Submission to Journal Special Issues
Deadline: 1 September 2026
Selected presenters will be invited to submit full-length papers for consideration in journal special issues.
Invitations and submission details will be sent via email by the Conference Committee.
Please note that all submissions must follow the journal’s author guidelines and be submitted directly through the journal’s online system. Further instructions will be provided in the invitation email.
