Presenters must give <strong>10 minutes for the presentation<\/strong> itself <strong>+ 5 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/strong> with the audience. Session rooms will have a laptop with software tools (like PowerPoint), a data projector and a screen. We recommend presenters to <strong>submit<\/strong> their slide before their presentation through:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1iB3ykf7N_3SDKFYegVZjbP8bOfDB_84S\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Link<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT DATE:<\/strong>&nbsp;The slide submission deadline for the presentation is&nbsp;<strong>20<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong> July 2026 (Monday)<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Virtual Presentation Format:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Presenters that will participate with a virtual contribution. The presenters are required to prepare the pre-recorded video for the presentation itself: <strong>Recording a video of the presentation<\/strong>, and save it as a video. The file that you send us must be in\u00a0<strong>VIDEO\u00a0format<\/strong> (i.e., mp4 format), we won\u2019t accept any other file formats, like .ppt files). For the <strong>Q&amp;A session<\/strong>, the presenter will need to be <strong>available online<\/strong> after their presentations to answer questions from the participants. The video conferencing tools will be available through Microsoft Teams, and link will be sent before the conference date.You <strong>MUST NOT EXCEED\u00a010 minutes<\/strong> presentation. The pre-recorded video presentation need be <strong>submit<\/strong> before their presentation through:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1mCmfPD0kHDcckXpY_xHSeIXSFrltKrgb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Link<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><strong>IMPORTANT DATE:<\/strong>&nbsp;The video submission deadline for the virtual presentation is&nbsp;<strong>20<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong> July 2026 (Monday)<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poster Presentation Format:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The poster&nbsp;should&nbsp;contain the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction\/Motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theory\/Materials\/Methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Main findings\/Results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected References<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledgement (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details (optional), so that interested delegates may contact you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data, in units that are generally accepted in scientific publications (international metric system is preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The poster format must be in portrait, high-resolution, and preferred in pdf format. Participants can use their creativity for the poster design to make it visually appealing yet informative and include essential content. Poster sessions will be held fully online through <a href=\"http:\/\/spatial.io\"><strong>spatial.io<\/strong><\/a>.
