Presenters must give <strong>10 minutes for the presentation<\/strong> itself <strong>+ 5 minutes for Q&amp;A<\/strong> with the audience. Session rooms will have a laptop with software tools (like PowerPoint), a data projector and a screen. We recommend presenters to <strong>submit<\/strong> their slide before their presentation through:<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1iB3ykf7N_3SDKFYegVZjbP8bOfDB_84S\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Link<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMPORTANT DATE:<\/strong>&nbsp;The slide submission deadline for the presentation is&nbsp;<strong>20<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong> July 2026 (Monday)<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Virtual Presentation Format:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presenters that will participate with a virtual contribution. The presenters are required to prepare the pre-recorded video for the presentation itself: <strong>Recording a video of the presentation<\/strong>, and save it as a video. The file that you send us must be in\u00a0<strong>VIDEO\u00a0format<\/strong> (i.e., mp4 format), we won\u2019t accept any other file formats, like .ppt files). For the <strong>Q&amp;A session<\/strong>, the presenter will need to be <strong>available online<\/strong> after their presentations to answer questions from the participants. The video conferencing tools will be available through Microsoft Teams, and link will be sent before the conference date.You <strong>MUST NOT EXCEED\u00a010 minutes<\/strong> presentation. Therefore, all poster presentations will be conducted <strong>physically <\/strong>at the hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The poster should contain the following sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction\/Motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theory\/Materials\/Methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Main Findings\/Results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected References<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledgement (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List the principal author first and underline the name of the presenting author.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details (optional) so that interested delegates may contact you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The poster should provide sufficient information to convey the key points clearly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data should be presented using units that are generally accepted in scientific publications (the International System of Units (SI) is preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>POSTER DISPLAY AND PRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The poster must be prepared in A1 portrait format (594 mm \u00d7 841 mm) and in high resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are responsible for printing their posters and for providing the necessary materials to mount the posters on the designated display panels (e.g., removable double-sided tape).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posters must be displayed on the designated poster panels according to the scheduled presentation time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are encouraged to use their creativity in designing their posters to make them visually appealing, informative, and inclusive of all essential content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Best Poster Presenter Award<\/strong> will be presented to the selected winner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oral Presentation Format: Each oral paper presentation will be allocated in 15 minutes slots.
