The UKM Professional Certificate Program is a non-formal education program (non- formal education) in the form of equivalent knowledge and skill development with Levels 4-7 of the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) offered for provide added value to specialized knowledge and skills and individual professionals to perform certain tasks. This program is different from MQF Level 1-3 Certificate of Skills formally offered by the institute vocational and technical education. The party that receives learning throughvthis program is referred to as ‘student’.
