• Oversee and manage the daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) And keep employee handbook current;
• Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training and performance review;
• Expatriate/Foreign worker management, which include visa application/renew, tax reporting and ensure expatriate remain in legal compliance;

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, fresh graduate are welcome to apply;

Job Description

• Responsible for the daily quality inspection and supervision of the whole process of bottle brick unloading to the factory;
• Responsible for the daily quality inspection and supervision of the whole process of plastic pellets;
• Feedback the quality of each batch of bottles and bricks arriving at the factory and immediately upload it to MRP to facilitate purchasing and know the incoming quality of each batch of bottles and bricks;
• Feedback the quality of plastic pellets in required regular times.
• Arrange the storage of bottles and bricks of different quality and sources in the factory area, do a good job in the warehousing and outbound management of bottles and bricks;
• Assist the warehouse to make daily raw material inventory report;
• Assist the weighing work of the factory;
• Responsible for the traceability process of bottles and bricks.

Job Requirement:

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, daily inspection and maintenance of the electrical parts of the machine, such as pellets extrusion, washing line, sheeting line, thermoforming machine, chiller systems, air compression system, wastewater treatment system etc;
• Writing of SOP for the equipment stated above, which include the planning of equipment maintenance schedule and execution of the planned maintenance;
• Responsible for the research and transformation of the original machine
• Responsible for the development of related manufacturing equipment, through introducing of new advance equipment and upgrading of existing equipment;
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Some knowledge in PLC is an added advantage
• Willing to work practically on site and rotating shift

Job Responsibility:

• Purchasing of materials (polyethylene terephthalate, PET Bales).
• Purchasing of machinery spare parts, hardware, and other related equipment and tools related to production activity.
• Purchasing of office supplies.
• Review and evaluates the performance of current suppliers.
• Sourcing for new/alternative suppliers.
• To process Purchase Requisition promptly using Yonyou Supply Chain System (e.g., price negotiation, issue P.O, payment arrangement).
• Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of the purchased products and proper store keeping.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by manager.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferable Supply Chain Management related).
• Outgoing candidate with good communication skills;
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company

Job Responsibility:

• Manages the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory count and submit reports regularly as required.
• Responsible for day-to-day inspection on arrived Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods and well packed for transferring to next department or customers.
• Manages schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, preferably in the field of Supply Chain, Business Management or any relevant field.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for the import and export of customs clearance, freight transportation, tax payment for the import and export material (PET and PS)
• Responsible for booking, certificate, cost accounting for the export goods, etc.
• MRP records expenses, sorts out invoice details, and hands over invoices to finance
• Make sure that the business operations comply with company procedures and policy, Malaysian law and its practice.
• Responsible for the development, management, maintenance and cost control of suppliers such as fleet and freight forwarder
• Cooperate with the production department to transfer raw materials from the outer warehouse
• Coordinate with production, arrange cabinets to the factory according to demand, arrange the fleet to allocate outer warehouse bottle bricks, and allocate TMJ clean bottles
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferable Logistics or Supply Chain related);
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (preferable with basic Mandarin).
• Min 1-3 years experiences in related field

Job Requirement

• Responsible for the implementation, integration, and deployment of ERP and MES systems, ensuring systems are aligned with and capable of meeting the company's business requirements and operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyse, and define business requirements, providing corresponding system designs and solutions.
• Develop customized systems as per business needs, potentially involving coding, testing, and implementation of specific modules or functionalities.
• Responsible for migrating data from old systems to new systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Additionally, responsible for integrating system data with other systems.
• Provide system training to users and ongoing technical support to ensure their effective utilization of the system.
• Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the system meets business requirements and operates stably.
• Responsible for routine system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure system security, stability, and efficiency.
