Our Internship Program
Our internship program offers invaluable hands-on experience in food science and technology, including product development, application formulation, and sensory evaluation. Interns will actively participate in real-world projects, gaining practical skills and insights through direct involvement with our day-to-day operations in the food industry. They will benefit from constant feedback and learning experiences to strengthen their technical and professional skills, and we also aim to potentially identify quality hires for our company’s workforce in the near future.

Internship Placement Details
Targeted Course:
• Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science and Technology

Placement Department:
• Application & Recipes (A&R) Department, under the Scientific & Regulatory (SCR) Division

Internship Job Scope:
• Assist in developing application formulations and creating product prototypes, demos, and samples
• Conduct in-house shelf-life testing
• Support sensory evaluation sessions
• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation
• Manage lab equipment, ingredients, and ensure lab hygiene
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team

This internship provides students with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting, contribute to real-world projects, and gain exposure to the dynamic food distribution and innovation landscape.
