The Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is an industry-driven initiative aimed to help graduates jump-start their careers in the financial services industry. With the participation of banks and insurance companies across Malaysia, FSTEP puts trainees through 3 months of comprehensive and interactive classroom training followed by 9 months of on-the-job training with their respective sponsoring financial institutions. FSTEP trainees will receive a minimum monthly allowance of RM2,600 throughout the 12-month programme.
