Additional scope of UKM Service Quality Management System (SPKP), Certification Programme MS ISO 9001: 2008
In an effort to improve the University quality of the service delivery system to the customers and stakeholders, UKM Service Quality Management System (SPKP) has extended the scope of the certification of 12 to 17 Centre of Responsibilities (CR).
The additional SPKP scope involves five (5) CR Services with the scope of certification as follows :
- Alumni Management (ALUMNI)
- College Accommodation Management (College)
- Industrial and Community Network Management (HEJIM)
- International Affairs Coordination and Implementation Management(PHA)
The implementation of additional UKM SPKP Scope will take effect from May 1, 2014.
